Eisenhower Matrix

Enter your tasks, mark each urgent and/or important, and see them sorted into the four quadrants — then download the board.

When to use it

When your to-do list is long and everything feels urgent. The matrix forces the distinction between urgent (loud, time-pressured) and important (actually moves your goals). Most people over-invest in urgent-not-important work; this makes that visible. Pair with the Impact–Effort tool for prioritising projects.
