When to use it
Before a strategy offsite, a launch, or a big decision. Strengths and Weaknesses are internal and mostly in your control; Opportunities and Threats are external. The value isn't the four boxes — it's the actions that fall out of crossing them (use a strength to seize an opportunity; fix a weakness a threat could exploit).
